We do not rush into the sea. We begin by settling in, meeting each other and becoming a crew.

Monday / Friday – Live by the wind

Every day is different: sail together between hidden bays, authentic island villages, and almost uninhabited islands. Take the helm, trim the sails, and experience what it means to be part of a crew. Whether you are stepping aboard for the first time or already know the sea, the experience adapts to your level. Spend one night moored to a quiet buoy in a secluded bay, and another exploring the atmosphere of a vibrant coastal town or a charming fishing village. There is a balance of peaceful nature and authentic local life—something for everyone. Swim in crystal-clear waters, share meals and stories, anchor beneath the stars, and reconnect with nature.

Tuesday / Saturday - Returning as a crew

The final day always arrives too soon. That's why we've designed the weekend to make the most of every moment. As we sail back towards Marina Šimuni, there's time for one last swim in the turquoise waters of Maun, a relaxed sail home, and a chance to soak up the final hours together. We return to the marina around 17:00, leave the boat at 18:00, and spend one last moment together in the cockpit, sharing our favourite stories and making plans for the next adventure before saying our goodbyes. By then, you're no longer just a guest—you've become part of the crew. Welcome to the Lazy Tacker Crew.

A Typical Day

No two days are ever the same. The wind, the sea and the weather shape our schedule, allowing every retreat to unfold naturally. Still, most days follow a relaxed rhythm that gives us plenty of time to sail, learn and simply enjoy life on the water.

08:00 | Wake Up Naturally

08:00 | Wake Up Naturally

There are no alarm clocks unless the sea asks for one. Most mornings begin around 8:00 with coffee, the sound of waves and, depending on where we spent the night, either an early swim in crystal-clear water or a short walk through a peaceful island village.

Breakfast is prepared and enjoyed as a crew. It is the perfect time to discuss the day's weather, review our plan and prepare the yacht for another day under sail.

There is always time to enjoy the place where we woke up. Whether that means swimming, snorkelling, reading a book, exploring ashore or simply doing nothing at all, these quiet moments are an important part of the retreat.

As the thermal breeze builds, we prepare Egeria for departure. Everyone takes part in getting the yacht underway. Throughout the passage, there are endless opportunities to learn about sail trim, navigation, helming, weather, teamwork and the subtle art of balancing a sailing yacht.

By late afternoon, we usually arrive at our next destination.

Some days we anchor in secluded turquoise bays, while on others we moor in charming island harbours or traditional fishing villages.

The choice always depends on the weather and what offers the best overall experience

Afternoon at Your Own Pace

Afternoon at Your Own Pace

Once the yacht is secure, the rest of the afternoon belongs to you. Swim in warm Adriatic waters, snorkel above rocky reefs, paddle around the bay, enjoy a quiet moment with a book, meditate, take photographs or simply lie back and watch the world slow down.

18:30 | Dinner Together

Many evenings we prepare dinner together aboard Egeria, with everyone contributing to the meal. Guests are always welcome to introduce a favourite recipe from home, making every dinner a small cultural exchange. When we spend the night in an island village, we often choose a local konoba instead, enjoying authentic regional cuisine and the atmosphere of the Adriatic's small coastal communities.

Evening

There is no planned entertainment.

Some evenings are spent wandering narrow stone streets with an ice cream in hand. Others end with a quiet drink on the waterfront, sharing stories in the cockpit or simply watching the stars emerge above the mast. These unplanned moments often become the memories people cherish most.

Then, as the sea grows quiet and the yacht gently rocks at anchor, another day comes to an end—ready to begin again with the sunrise
